November 21, 1931 – Orange, New Jersey – Jim Ringo from Syracuse University was born.  Profootballhof.com states that Jim played center for 15 seasons in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers and that during his career, he played on 3 Championship Teams and appeared in 10 Pro Bowls.

He was an All-League selection 7 times as an undersized lineman who used his smarts and speed to block the best defenses had to offer.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame inducted Jim Ringo in the 1981 enshrinement class.
