Rudy Hubbard is a legendary football coach who led the Florida A&M Rattlers to the inaugural NCAA Division I-AA national championship in 1978, making him the only HBCU head coach to achieve this title. Over his 12-season tenure at FAMU, he compiled an 83–48–3 record and was eventually inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2021.
