We have some awesome news out of South Carolina! The University of South Carolina’s Head Football Coach, Will Muschamp and his wife Carol, are leading the charge in a new non-profit fund called “Feed Our Heroes.” The program is aimed at providing food for the busy doctors, nurses and other front line medical people who need a quick bite as they care for those that are ill during the recent pandemic.
The Gamecock’s head man and his lovely wife are working with Marco's Pizza, the official pizza of the University of South Carolina Athletics, to send food to healthcare workers in the S.C. counties of Lexington, Richland and Sumter. Some of the hospitals that are receiving the great support are Prisma Richland, Prisma Baptist, Providence, Prisma Tuomey, Prisma Parkridge and Lexington Medical.
If you would like to help Carol and Will Muschamp in this great cause you can find information at Feed Our Heroes. Your kind donations are always welcome. We salute Coach Will and Miss Carol on their fine work to help others!
We hope that Coach Muschamp and his 2020 Gamecocks can take the field this season in light of the pandemic. To get all of the most up to date information on the University of South Carolina Football and their 2020 schedule please be sure to visit their web site at Gamecocks Football.
