What is Six-Man Football, How Did it Come About?

Our friend historian Timothy P. Brown recently wrote about the exciting variation of high school football played in less populated areas where each team field six players rather than the normal eleven. The credit goes to an inovative educator in Nebraska, who brought the game of high school football to communities around the country that may have otherwise not had it due to a spread out population.
