Who’s excited about the upcoming NFL regular season? We know we are!
However, this year we know all eyes are on the Rams, while many other teams have given their rosters a bump we are heavily considering what will happen next with the Rams. Especially after that almost unprecedented win at the Super Bowl at the end of the last season.
It’s not that no one expected them to win, it was more that most of us were expecting the Buc’s to be where they were. Most of us knew it was going to be Brady’s last year, and we just thought he was going to go out with a bang with the Buc’s.
But, he didn’t, and instead the Rams took center stage and won the Super Bowl in a heated match against the Bengals. Ugh, it was close!
So, now we wonder, with so many teams having given themselves a makeover, what will happen with the Rams, and the opponents they will face in this upcoming season? This is a sponsored article contributed by a paid advertiser.
Because, we just know that if they defeat their hardest competition with ease, then we will all be running to the NFL lines to place our bets on them for yet another Super Bowl!
The Rams In 2021-2022
This time last year, few of us would’ve had our money on the Rams, we just weren’t expecting it. It came as a bit of a shock when towards the end of the regular season we saw they’d be in the playoffs.
Suddenly they were wiping the floor in the playoffs, stealing titles like there was no tomorrow, and were off to the Super Bowl.
Who Will The Rams Face In 2022-2023
So, what do we think this year? It’s hard to tell at this point. If no changes had been made we could anticipate more titles for the Rams, but many changes have been made, in the Rams team, and many others across the league.
The Toughest Match-ups
This prompts us to ask just who they will be facing in the regular season. Well we already know, and there looks to be a select few challenges for them pretty early on in the season.
So, let’s take a look at this

Out of these games, which do we think will be the toughest on the Rams? Well, here are 4 possibilities.
#1. Week 1: The Buffalo Bills
The Bills game will start off the regular season for the Rams, and the Bills are their top challenger according to the consensus. This game could actually be a preview of the next Super Bowl.
Of course, it also might not be, however, the Bills have shifted things around in the time between last season and the upcoming season, so there is every chance they will be good competition for the Rams.
#2. Week 4: The 49ers
The Rams will be going head-to-head against the 49ers twice in the next regular season, but the first game is in the 4th week, and will probably set the mood for the second game.
The Rams defeated the 49ers in last year's postseason games for the NFC Championship, but the 49ers did have a higher winning streak over the Rams, so there might be a bit of rivalry there now.
What we really want to know is if the Rams will be facing off against the 49ers new quarterback or their golden oldie. It could influence the overall outcome of the game.
We don’t think there will be any love lost between these two franchises somehow though.
#3. Week 9: The Buccaneers
The Rams have beaten the Brady-led Buc’s before, and so, with a fairly fresh new team for the Buc’s, it could be said that there is plenty of room for the Rams to beat the Buc’s again. However, there have been changes for the Buc’s, so will they be victorious instead.
The Rams have been sent home sulking by the Buc’s before, might it happen again?
#4. Week 15: The Packers
Someone in the scheduling for the NFL really wants to test the Rams, wanting to send them to Lambeau Field until the two teams are forced to play against each other in a blizzard.
This will be the third time in a row that the Rams will be forced to travel to that icy tundra. And they have been sent home cold and having lost before, here’s hoping this year is different for a change!
